Hello, my name is Patrick Haselhurst, solicitor and sole practitioner trading as Haven Lawyers.
My firm provides affordable legal services, in a convenient, friendly and commercial way.

I take a personal interest in understanding the circumstances and needs of my clients. I empathise with people facing legal problems and the satisfaction of helping people succeed is one of the main rewards of my work.
I know how busy clients can be, and so I am more than happy to make myself available for meetings after hours when required.
I generally prefer to meet new clients at their premises as this can greatly assist in understanding the client’s circumstances and needs which is fundamental to providing great legal services.
Where possible, work is quoted on a fixed price basis, so that clients know what the final fee will be from the outset, and so don’t have to worry about unexpected bills.
Where I’m assisting a client in dispute with other parties, I go to great lengths to ensure the best commercial outcome. Even though litigation is sometimes necessary, I strongly believe it should be an avenue of last resort, and so I am not the type of lawyer who will encourage clients to get into expensive litigation where it can sensibly be avoided.
